Treat anxiety as it occurs with the help of Anxiety Tool Belt.
- Open the app on your iPhone
- Navigate to the Logs list, and press the Add button
- Then fill in the form.
A previous post detailed the kinds of information you can track. Here is a brief recap:
- To begin, use the slider to set your level of anxiety before using the Tool
- Record the negative thoughts that underlie your anxious feeling. Also note what you were doing as anxiety began.
- Select a Tool, and you will see the usage instructions for that Tool.
- Follow the Tool directions and record insights after using the Tool.
- To end, set your level of anxiety after using the Tool, and press the Add button.
- The new Log appears at the top of the Logs list.
