Treat anxiety by taking action


Treat anxiety as it occurs with the help of Anxiety Tool Belt.

  • Open the app on your iPhone
  • Navigate to the Logs list, and press the Add button
  • Then fill in the form.

A previous post detailed the kinds of information you can track. Here is a brief recap:

  • To begin, use the slider to set your level of anxiety before using the Tool
  • Record the negative thoughts that underlie your anxious feeling. Also note what you were doing as anxiety began.
  • Select a Tool, and you will see the usage instructions for that Tool.
  • Follow the Tool directions and record insights after using the Tool.
  • To end, set your level of anxiety after using the Tool, and press the Add button.
  • The new Log appears at the top of the Logs list.
